a 28 day course to support and nurture sensitive, spiritual, creative-hearted women who are softening into their true essence and restoring trust in their feminine body, heart and soul.

Because this is such an internal, personal path that is not easily explainable or visible through the masculine-oriented systems we are usually taught to frame our life within, a woman on the path of feminine soul can feel isolated and alone in her inner experiences- often finding she must contort, distill or devalue her inner truths and deeper nature in order to ‘make more sense’, keep up or fit in with what’s expected of her.

As she untangles from the (often subtle) armours of striving, over function, proving and performing she has been conditioned to take on though the masculine way, she may find that a vulnerability and uncertainty arises that keeps her doubting and devaluing the true longings, instincts and desires of her feminine soul.

It is my belief that the feminine soul path cannot be ‘achieved’, forced or manipulated into being, but is instead a natural, deeply personal softening that occurs when a woman feels pulled towards reclaiming the essential nature of her soul and the authentic expression of her heart.
