Trusting your Feminine Path
One of the biggest questions that has come up in my own life, and in my work with women, is
“How can I learn to trust myself?”
When we have a longing to forge the path that is true to our soul, what often stops us is this lack of trust. We worry that we’re wrong, we fear that we’re “not allowed” to be who we’re naturally designed to be and we listen to the opinions of the world over the truths of our own hearts.
We think we’re too lazy, too idealistic, too sensitive, too spiritual. We unconsciously believe that we’ll be rejected, abandoned or disapproved of if we live the life we’ve been called to.
We internalise the projections of the outer world, and then feel blocked and disconnected from who we naturally are.
We reject our organic gifts and desires, diminishing what it is we’re divinely here to contribute, express and be.
We feel wrong for being ourselves, so we doubt, sabotage & dismiss our naturalness.
We unconsciously wait for the people around us to give us permission to believe in our own value and trust in our own paths.
Yet this isn’t how self trust works- especially in a world that has been taught to devalue and diminish the feminine path.
Which means that the first and most vital step to truly trusting yourself, isn’t found in the validation of others.
And it isn’t found in trying to convince or “fix” yourself into self-belief.
It’s found in shifting the way you’ve been taught to perceive yourself, your worth and your unique path.
Unraveling unconscious patterns and softening into your naturalness, gifts and deeper soul truths.
Breaking the cycles of self-doubt and confusion and seeing your value through the eyes of God.
And realising that you have a unique pace, purpose and truth, that can’t be defined by what others are doing.
A distinct way of being that can only be embodied through attuning to the organic rhythms of your feminine nature and softening into who you naturally are.
